SHIPPING

1. HOW LONG WILL THE ITEM TAKE TO DELIVERY?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

2. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Worldwide.

3. HOW WILL MY DELIVERY BE SHIPPED?
USPS, UPS, DHL, UBI, Special line logistics and amazon functions. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.

4. I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM. WILL THEY ALL BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

5. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

PRODUCT

1.  WHAT IS THE CORRECT SETTING FOR MY WATCH?
This is something best checked with your watch manufacturer but, as a rule of thumb, heavier watches require more Turns Per Day (TPD).

2. HOW TO USE XTELARY WATCH WINDER PROPERLY?

3. ARE THE WATCH WINDER MOTORS SILENT?
It is a mechanical device with a motor and moving parts in it so it is not - and cannot be - perfectly silent. It is probably quiet enough for your bedroom though it may be better placed in an office or living area if you are a light sleeper.

4. WHEN SHOULD MY FINGERPRINT LOCK BE CHARGED?
Excluding that the fingerprint lock system is automatically locked, when the fingerprint is entered without any indicator light, you should charge it, and it can be used for about 30 days after charging for 2 hours.

5. IN WHICH DIRECTION SHOULD I WIND MY WATCH?
You should refer to your watch manufacturer for this information but we like to wind our watches on an alternating setting (alternates between clockwise and counter-clockwise) as we feel this most closely replicates what happens when you wear your watch on your wrist.
